Corn Casserole

Another staple of Friendsgiving. Packed with sweet corn and a hint of spice, it's a crowd-pleaser that can be customized with your own favorite ingredients.

Servings: 1 9x9 pan
Ingredients & Supplies
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1 (8.5 oz.) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Tips & Notes
Optionally, add cheddar cheese to the top of the dish and bake during the last 10 minutes.
Use a 9x13 pan if you wish to double the recipe.
