Chocolate Chip Cookies
            Classic chocolate chip cookies that are soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips.

                Ingredients & Supplies
- 2 1/4 cups flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup (2 sticks) room temperature unsalted butter
 - 3/4 cup sugar
 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside
 - Beat butter with sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
 - Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until incorporated.
 - Gradually add dry ingredients into creamed mixture (about 1/4 cup at a time).
 - Fold in chocolate chips.
 - Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
 - Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
 
Tips & Notes
Add in white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips for a variety of flavors.
For chocolate chunk cookies, use chopped chocolate bars instead of chips.
